Our mission is to empower individuals through therapeutically applied role-playing games (TA-RPGs), such as Dungeons & Dragons, to foster personal growth, develop social skills, and enhance emotional well-being in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Through individual therapy, we can work on processing trauma, stress, and complex emotions in a one-on-one setting. Through Therapeutically Applied TT-RPGs, we can practice coping mechanisms and social skills in a safe environment. With our groups being guided by our Certified Therapeutic Game Masters, our clients make progress on their personal goals while having fun playing RPG games like Dungeons & Dragons!
