A Therapist-Led Social & Emotional Skills Group for Teens (Ages 13–17)

Is your teen struggling with:

  • Social anxiety or awkwardness

  • Emotional meltdowns or shutdowns

  • Difficulty making or keeping friends

  • Feeling “different” or misunderstood

  • Executive functioning challenges

  • Big emotions with no clear outlet

You are not alone — and neither are they.

Nat20Therapy’s Teen RPG Skills Group is a structured, therapist-led group that uses collaborative role-playing to teach and practice real-world emotional and interpersonal skills in a safe, supportive environment.

This is not a recreational gaming club.
It is a clinically designed skills group.
